The floors are clean, the rooms are clean, and didn’t smell of urine. It has a nice atmosphere, good people, and a lot of entertainment. The food is good, and the elderly is treated very well. The staff is excellent, always courteous, and always eager to give you information. When I visit my mother-in-law, she is well-groomed and happy.
We were under a pavilion, and it was really nice and really special. One time we weren’t there for a little while because my mom was having problems, and we didn’t see my dad. His nurses were like, "We’re so glad you came. We were hoping you guys would come soon. He needs to see you." It was just really nice because they like family that come in. Every time we went to the window, they never got her out of her wheelchair. She quit using her walker and they lost her walker and they sent her home in a wheelchair. We did not see that she was participating in anything. We had to get right up to the window to see her inside.
